Congratulations to The Common Linnets who received a Gold Award on Monday Night for their debut album. Daniël Lohues co-wrote a number of songs on the album, as did JB Meijers who also produced the album.

The Common Linnets win two Marcel Bezençon Awards and end second in ESC
The Common Linnets received 238 points in the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest final and finished second, after the Austrian winner Conchita Wurst.
