EBBA 2015: The Common Linnets win Public Choice Award

The winners of the 2015 European Border Breakers Awards (EBBA) were honoured tonight on the first evening of Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen.

The Common Linnets were the big winners of the evening; they won the ‘Public Choice Award’. The Dutch group also performed during the evening.

The album by The Common Linnets spent numerous weeks on the top spot of the Dutch Album chart and has made waves around Europe and the world.

Daniël Lohues co-wrote a number of songs on the album, as did JB Meijers who also produced the album.
